Kushan, Kanishka, Copper, 16.22g, “Sakyamuni Buddha” type, Obv: Bearded King offering at altar holding log spear, the king wears a peaked cap, long coat & trousers, scarf around the shoulders, a belt with a sword is girded around the waist, Greek legend around, Rev: Lord Sakyamuni Buddha standing facing holding robe with his left hand, ringh hand raised in Abhay Mudra, Greek legend “CAKAMANO BOYΔO” (Gobl 785, Piper# 1752). Very fine for type, extremely rare.
