What you buy. Trace credits are a digital service. One credit is consumed each time you run an AI trace in the Coin Tracer. Credits do not expire and are tied to your CoinSchool account.
Failed traces are not charged. If the AI trace fails to produce a result, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Refunds. Unused credits are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase on request from the contact page; the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Credits already consumed are not refundable, since the service has been delivered.
Duplicate payment. If a payment is charged twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded in full once the gateway confirms it.
Contribution credit-back. Hand-correct an AI trace and contribute the pair as training data; once approved, that trace's credit is returned to you.
Cancellation. An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched — use the contact page or reply to the order email. Once a consignment number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned as below.
Returns. Items are accepted back within 7 days of delivery if they are not as described or are found to be counterfeit. Contact us first with the invoice number and photos; return postage for a genuine misdescription is borne by us. Items that are as described are not returnable — please examine the photos and description carefully before buying.
Refund timing. On receipt of a returned item, the full amount including shipping is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damage in transit. Every parcel is packed for protection and sent by India Post with a tracking number. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before opening further and contact us within 48 hours.
