Miraj- Murtazabad, Silver Rupee, 11.32g, “Sri Ganapati/ Sri Pantpradhan”, in the name of Shah Alam, FE 122 (For 1202)/ RY 27, Obv: Devanagari legend “Shri Ganapati” above Persian legend, date below, Rev: Devanagari legend “Sri Pantapradhan” above usual Maimanat Manus formula, Mint name Murtazabad below (M&W# T2, KM# 332). Extremely rare to get full date and Mint name. About extremely fine, exceedingly rare. Very popular coin in Maratha series. These coins were struck by Patwardhan’s of Miraj for showing that loyalty towards the Peshwas.
