Seal of a Qazi, Copper, engraved on the obv of a ½ Anna coin of 1835, inscribing in negati

Seal of a Qazi, Copper, engraved on the obv of a ½ Anna coin of 1835, inscribing in negative the name and title of Qazi Ahmad of Baldat Arkat, dated 1227 (AD 1812-13). The seal is pre-dated than the actual date on the EIC coin, which means that the person had reused the future coin in advance by about 23 years, an impossible act. Hence it seems to be a contemporary forgery. The Persian lettering are sharp and deep while the original rev of the coin is defaced. Scarce.
