Sir Daniel Mackinnon Hamilton’s 1 Rupee, a private promissory note circulating in Bengal in the early 1900s, Serial No. AH 36, dated in Rubber stamp Dec 3, 1938, signed personally by hand by the Manager, Sudhanshu Bhushan Majumdar, and by the Zemindar, D M Hamilton himself (Jhun 1.1). Cancelled and crossed across the note, Very Fine with perforation in the left margin. Rare.
