Indo-Greeks, Diodotus (c. 250-230 BC) under Syrian Sovereignty, Gold, 8.41 g, Stater, in the name of Antiochus II Theos (261-246), Bactra c. 250 BC, Diadeamed head right, border of pellets; Greek God Zeus advancing left seen from behind, naked but for aegis over arm, throwing thunderbolt, wreath and eagle in field left on the rev. A small usual chisel mark on the head of the ruler on obv, otherwise UNC, Very Rare.
