
Manak Pal, Nazarana Gold Mohur, 11.32 g, AH 1199/26, struck at Karauli with pseudo mint-name ‘Sawai Jaipur’, with mount otherwise about uncirculated, very rare. These mohur’s were published by Jan Lingenin JONS No 202. According to him, they were struck to celebrate the wedding of Maharaj Kumari of Karauli to the Rao Raja of Bundi, Bishen Singh (Maharaja of Bundi from 1804-1821), in 1785.
