IK, Mysore, Copper Cash, 2.02g, Obv: Elephant to right, Rev: Persian legend “...Badshah Ghazi” with AH X118. Very fine, very rare. Most such coins were issued by local Nawabs in the Cuddappah region copying designs of the coins of Tipu Sultan. They all have the crescent above the Elephant and some carry names of Mints on the reverse. This mintless coin appears to be struck in AH 1198 but the date looks like 1118.
