Sher Shah Suri, Silver Rupee, Ranathambhor Mint, AH 950 (G&G D793). Complete mint name on left margin, uncleaned, very fine+, extremely rare. Sher Shah’s rupees of Ranathambhore mint are of two varieties – mint-name inscribed in bottom margin and mint-name inscribed in the left margin (this coin). Both are rare and G&G do not list AH950 for the variety with mint-name in left margin.
