Ghulam Qadir, Silver Rupee, 10.99g, Ahmedabad Mint, in the name of Shah Alam II, RY 29, Sword as a mint mark on rev. Very fine, very rare. Ahmedabad is not to be confused with the city in Gujarat. Ghausgarh, the capital seat of Ghulam Qadir was given the alias 'Ahmedabad' after his accession following the death of his father Zabita Khan. It is located close to Najibabad, the traditional seat of Najib Khan's family to which Ghulam Qadir belonged.
