Kushans, Vasudeva II, Gold Dinar, 7.88g, “Saka “type, Obv: Nimbate king wearing long coat, leggings and a crown with ribbons, holding a standard and offering sacrifice at an altar, Trident-standard with banners in the backdrop, Brahmi legend Vasu to the right, Brahmi letter “Ga” under the arm, “Vi” between the feet and Bha to the right of the altar, Rev: Nimbate goddess on high-backed throne, holding cornucopia and noose; crude Bactrian legend ‘Ardokhsho’ to right (Goebl 574). Extremely fine.
