Farrukhsiyar, Silver Rupee, 11.49g, Arkat Mint, AH 1123/ Ry Ahad (Not listed in KM). Very fine, extremely rare. An Extremely rare Rupee in terms of the Date it has. Some noteworthy features, it bears that the date combination is not known. The couplet arranges differently than usual, part of couplet “Bahr O bar” at bottom. The style and calligraphy is that of Mughal and quite different from other Arcat issues of Farrukhsiyar which are more crude and struck perhaps by some other authority. AH 1123 ends on 9 February 1712 and Shah Alam Bahadur died on 12 February 1712. Hence there is possibility
