Sher Shah Suri, Silver Rupee, 11.29g, Ranathambhor Mint, AH 949 (G&G D794). Complete Mint name on bottom of obverse. Uncleaned, extremely fine for type, extremely rare. Sher Shah’s rupees of Ranathambhore mint are of two varieties – mint-name inscribed in bottom margin and mint-name inscribed in the left margin (this coin). Both are extremely rare.
