Kunar, Silver Rupee, 11.180g, “Domains of the Kher family”, in the name of Shah Alam II, RY 22, Obv: Symbols of Damaru and Trishul, Rev: Additional word ‘Mutabiq’ partly visible to top left. Very fine+, very rare. Kunar was in the vicinity of Jalaun but has since ceased to be in existence. It was part of the fief of Nana Govind Rao, the elder son of Govind Rao Kher a.k.a. Govindpant Bundeley.
