Hoyasalas of Dwarasamudra, Vinayaditya, Gold Gadyana, 3.99g, Obv: ‘Ambari’ the seat kept on the Elephant to carry the kings, above the central motif, the Lion. Sun and Crescent signals are shown on two sides of the Ambar. A pedestal lamp is in front of the Lion. A pair of Peeta below the Lion, Rev: three-line Kannada legend, “shri ma/laparo/lu ganda”, the title of King Vinayaditya. Very Fine+ for the type, exceedingly rare and nice specimen.
