Satavahanas, Gautamiputra Siri Satakani, counterstruck on a Drachm of Kshaharata Kshatrapa Nahapana, Silver Drachma, 2.15g, Obv: Traces of Nahapana’s bust and traces of crude Greco-Roman legend around, overstruck by three arched hill with crescent symbol and Brahmi letters “Rano Gota…” to right, Rev: Ujjain symbol within dotted circle or dynastic emblem of the Satavahanas, traces of under type (Brahmi and Kharoshthi legends and thunderbolt-arrow symbol) visible underneath. Very fine, extremely fine in this grade.
