Post Gupta Bengal, Samatata region, Vira Jadamarah, Debased Gold Dinar, 6.50g, Obv: King standing facing right sacrificing over altar and holding trident in left hand, grabbled legend around, Rev: Goddess standing facing right in Tribhanga pose holding a trident- shaped object in left hand, tamgha in right field. Grabbled legend on left. Both sides within a circle of large dotted border Mithciner reads as ‘Vira Jadamarah’ and attributed him as a new king. (ECB# SAM1B.1). Extremely fine, rare.
