Guptas, Chandra Gupta II, Gold Dinar, 7.75g, “Archer” type, Obv: Nimbate king standing holding bow in one hand and arrow in the other, Brahmi legend “Chandra” below the hand holding the bow, Rev: Lakshmi seated cross-legged on a 7-petalled lotus holding lotus in one hand and a noose in the other Brahmi legend “Shri Vikrama” to the right and tamgha in left field (Altekar Class II variety A). Very fine rare.
