Kalachuris of Ratanpur, Yashoraja, Gold Masha, 3.62g, Obv: Warrior carrying a straight-bladed sword in ‘Veera’ posture, facing turning back to right, small animal motifs to left and right of his head, Rev: Devnagari legend in two lines “Shri Madyaso / Raja Deva” (Unpublished in major sources). Extremely fine, exceedingly rare. Yashoraja has been identified as a feudatory ruler under the Kalachuris of Ratanpur.
