Gupta, Kumara Gupta, Gold Dinar, 7.89g, "Archer" type, Obv: Nimbate king, wearing tunic and dhoti, holding a strung bow in one hand and an arrow in the other, with Garuda standard in the background, Brahmi legend "Kumara" to the right of the bowstring, traces of Brahmi legend along the margin, Rev: Nimbate Goddess Lakshmi seated cross-legged on a lotus, with a lotus in one hand and a noose in the other; Brahmi legend "Shri Mahendra" to the right and Tamgha to left (Altekar Class II, var.A).
