Gupta, Chandra Gupta III, Gold Dinar, 8.00g, "Archer" type, Obv: Nimbate and bare-bodied king, holding a strung bow in one hand and an arrow in the other, with Garuda standard in the background and a "Sun/ lotus" symbol to its right, Brahmi legend "Chandra" below king's arm holding bow, Rev: Nimbate goddess Lakshmi seated cross-legged on a lotus, with a lotus in one hand and a noose in the other, Brahmi legend "Shri Vikramah" to the right seen partly and Tamgha to left (Not listed in Altekar).
